- Mash boiled potatoes, cut medium rings from middle part of capsicum, discard seeds and marinade with salt for 10 minutes.
- In moderately heated pan add oil, add onion and sauté till translucent then add potatoes and stir fry by adding salt + turmeric + Maggi Masala and stir fry till potatoes leaves oil.
- Now stuff rings with the prepared potato filling by pressing gently.
- Shallow fry rings till golden brown on both sides.
- Capsicum Rings is done and ready to serve.
