Ingredients

  • 250 gms beans chopped
  • 1 capsicum chopped
  • 4 curry leaves
  • 1 cup toordal
  • 4 red chillies
  • 2 sp+2sp oil
  • 1 sp turmeric powder
  • 1 sp chilly powder
  • 1/2 sp hing
  • 4 sp coconut powder
  • 2 sp coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Wash and soak toordal for 2hours,grind it coarsely without any water with red chillies add salt and oil mix it.
  • Steam tool dal with beans till done(15min.).cool it and mix it well.
  • Heat oil add mustard, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chilly powder and add capsicum saute for a while,then add toor dal beans give it a nice mix adjust salt then add coconut powder, coriander leaves mix again and it's ready to serve with rice and chapati
