- Wash and soak toordal for 2hours,grind it coarsely without any water with red chillies add salt and oil mix it.
- Steam tool dal with beans till done(15min.).cool it and mix it well.
- Heat oil add mustard, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chilly powder and add capsicum saute for a while,then add toor dal beans give it a nice mix adjust salt then add coconut powder, coriander leaves mix again and it's ready to serve with rice and chapati
