- Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil. When the oil is heat pop the black cumin seeds.
- Add capsicum and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes add poppy paste, water, salt, sugar and mix well.
- Cover the pan for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes add 2tbsp oil and green chillies. And cook for 5 minutes in Medium flame.
- After 5 minutes capsicum posto is ready to eat.
