Ingredients

  • 4 capsicum (cut into small pieces)
  • 5 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp black cumin seeds
  • 1/4 th cup poppy paste
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp mustard oil

Instructions

  • Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil. When the oil is heat pop the black cumin seeds.
  • Add capsicum and stir fry for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes add poppy paste, water, salt, sugar and mix well.
  • Cover the pan for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes add 2tbsp oil and green chillies. And cook for 5 minutes in Medium flame.
  • After 5 minutes capsicum posto is ready to eat.
