  • Turmeric powder
  • Cumin
  • Oil
  • Ghee
  • Corinader powder
  • Onion
  • Capsicum
  • Rice
  • Salt
  • Water

Instructions

  • First boil the rice and let it cool for a while. In pan add the oil and ghee and when it is hot add the cumin seeds and then add chopped onions. After the onions are transparent add the chopped capsicum and sorte it . Now add chilli powder ,turmeric and a little salt to the capsicum mixture and reduce the heat and let it cook for a while. It usually takes about 4-5 minutes for the capsicum mixture to cook. Once cooked add the rice and the remaining salt to it. In the end add grated cheese to the rice mixture and let it stay in the pan for a while. Serve the rice hot.
