- Marinate prawns with ginger garlic paste,chilli powder, corinader powder, turmeric,garam masala for 30 min minimum. heat a pan with oil. put ginger garlic paste. fry well then put onion , green chillies & curry leaves. fry till done. put marinated prawns along with tomatoes & some water. stir well. when it s half done add capsicum. cook till prawns are cooked & gravy is semi thick. stir well so that everything gets mixed up. Serve hot.
