- Dry roast peanuts on low flame for 3-4minutes.Remove skin. Keep aside. Heat a pan add sugar, heat on medium flame till sugar is caramalized. Add butter,mix well. Lower the heat and add cream, stir vigorously. Cook 2 minutes. Add roasted peanuts,mix well.
- Transfer to a greased mould.Keep in fridge for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile melt the chocolate pieces on a double boiler or microvawe for 1 minute.Take out caramel mould from fridge.
- Pour melted chocolate over caramal-peanut.Keep in fridge to set. Take out after setting the chocolate-caramel layer. Cut into bars.Enjoy.
