Ingredients

  • 1/2ltr. Boiled milk
  • 1 cup roasted vermicelli sewaiyan
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp chopped dates
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp raisins

Instructions

  • In a bowl add boiled milk add roasted vermicelli, add walnuts, add dates
  • Add raisins, add chironzi, add almonds
  • Mix it well and cook for 10 min. At low flame now reduce the milk. Now take a pan add sugar now sugar is melted, caramalized sugar is ready
  • Now pour the caramalized sugar in a kheer. Mix it well. switch off the gas and serve cold. Now garnish with tooti frooty, almonds.

Notes/Tips

Serve it when chilled or can eat hot as well
