- Heat a pan, add 2 cup makhana, 2 tbsp peanuts and roast it well on a medium flame for 7-10 mins and transfer it into a bowl.
- Now add 1/2 tsp ghee in the same pan add 2 tbsp chopped jaggery and melt it on low flame. Add salt, white sesame seeds, Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well.
- Now, add roasted makhana & peanuts in it. Mix it well and cook for 5 mins on slow flame then turn off the flame and let it cool down.
- Once it cools down you can separate makhana from each other and your sweet and healthy Caramelized Makhana is ready
