- In a large deep skillet heat 2 tbsp of oil.
- Add Mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add broccoli cut side down and cover cook over modrate heat until nicely browend.
- Add some water and cook until broccoli is just tender and the water evaporated.
- Now add remaining oil with garlic.
- Add red pepper, black pepper and salt.
- Cook until the garlic is brown.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
