- First you have to knead the flour a little harder and give it a tiny elliptical shape called chosi
- Then we have to fry the chosi with clarified butter in pan
- After that we have to boil the milk and make it thick and give the chosi in the milk and cook it
- Put condensed milk in it
- On other pan we have to give sugar and water and make the caramel
- Now we have to serve the chosi in serving bowl
- After that we have to give the caramel and decorate it with pista badam and cashew nut
