- Seive flour baking powder,baking soda together.
- Blend brown sugar, buttermilk,oil, venila essence to smooth
- Mix both dry and wet mixtures,then add grated carrots, coconut powder, chopped pineapple, cinnamon powder and mix it
- Preheat kadai,pour the batter in greased,dusted cake mould keep in kadai and cook for 35to40min.
- Check it with stick comes clean then it's done,other wise cook for few minutes. Cool it and it's ready to cut and enjoy
