Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1spoon baking powder
  • 1/2spoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup coconut powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped pineapple
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2spoon cinnamon powder
  • 1spoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup cake buttermilk
  • 2spoon tutti frutti

Instructions

  • Seive flour baking powder,baking soda together.
  • Blend brown sugar, buttermilk,oil, venila essence to smooth
  • Mix both dry and wet mixtures,then add grated carrots, coconut powder, chopped pineapple, cinnamon powder and mix it
  • Preheat kadai,pour the batter in greased,dusted cake mould keep in kadai and cook for 35to40min.
  • Check it with stick comes clean then it's done,other wise cook for few minutes. Cool it and it's ready to cut and enjoy

Notes/Tips

Pineapple is optional and tutti frutti is optional for garnishing
