- Heat oil in a pan and add all the whole spices. Then add garlic ginger & cook it for a min.
- Now add chopped carrots,salt & cook until soft. Then add water & cook it on medium heat for few more minutes. Let it cool down.
- Now remove the whole spices from it & blend it in a mixer & strain it.
- Add dry spices to the soup and cook the soup on medium heat until it starts boiling.
- Carrot ginger shorba is ready to serve.
