Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 25 gm milk powder
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Boil milk in a nonstick kadhai with constant stirring on medium flame. Let the volume reduces to half or 250ml.
  • Dissolve milk powder and corn flour in 2tbsp lukewarm milk. Add the mixture to the kadhai to further thicken the milk.
  • Add grated carrot and Cardamom powder and cook for 2mins. Add sugar and cook for another 2-3 minutes till the sugar melts.
  • Switch off the burner. Transfer kheer into serving bowl and serve hot.

Garnish it nicely and serve hot
