- Boil milk in a nonstick kadhai with constant stirring on medium flame. Let the volume reduces to half or 250ml.
- Dissolve milk powder and corn flour in 2tbsp lukewarm milk. Add the mixture to the kadhai to further thicken the milk.
- Add grated carrot and Cardamom powder and cook for 2mins. Add sugar and cook for another 2-3 minutes till the sugar melts.
- Switch off the burner. Transfer kheer into serving bowl and serve hot.
