- Peel and grate carrots.Heat ghee in a pan and lightly fry the chopped nuts.Set aside.Add grated carrot in the remaining ghee and saute for few minutes. Add milk,milk powder and sugar and boil till the moisture dries up.
- Add raisins, chopped almonds,cashewnuts,cardamom powder and condensed milk.Toss all till ghee releases.Transfer the contents to a serving bowl and refrigerate.
- Smear ghee in palm and take lemon sized portions and roll into sphere shaped laddus. Serve these nutritious laddus during any festival or as a delicious dessert after meals.
