Ingredients

  • 2 litre cow milk
  • 2 handful broken rice
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 1 tsp clarified butter
  • 10 almonds flakes
  • 2 tsp chopped pistachio
  • 1 cup jaggery powder
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Take rice wash and soaked.Take a wok put carrots,soaked rice and clarified butter mix and saute in 5minutes.
  • After five minutes add two litre milk mix and cook in slow heat.
  • After cook add cardamom powder and jaggery powder mix.
  • Serve hot or room temperature then enjoy carrot 🥕 rice 🍚 Kheer.
