  • Carrot
  • Dosa rice
  • Salt
  • Red chilli
  • Hing
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • Curry leaves

Instructions

  • Soak rice in water. Grind soaked rice in grinder, to that add red chillies, asafoetida, salt and grated carrot. Grind it to coarse batter. Add chopped onion, ginger, curry leaves and coriander leaves. Mix it well Heat tawa spread the carrot adai batter. sprinkle some oil. cook on both sides till it becomes crispy. Serve hot with chutney.
