Carrot and green peas mini pancakes sandwich

  • Green peas
  • Semolina
  • Gram flour
  • Carrot
  • Capsicum
  • Green chillies
  • Coriander
  • Grated ginger
  • Salt
  • Carom seeds
  • Red chilli powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Garam masala
  • Chaat masala / aamchur
  • Water

Instructions

  • Boil water in a pan now add green peas and boil it for two minutes than strain it and put it in cold water.
  • After that take it out of the water and put it in grindig jar add green chillies and grind it coarsely.
  • In a mixing bowl add semolina, grinded peas, chopped onion, chopped capsicum, grated carrot, grated ginger mix it.
  • Now add red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chaat masala, salt, carom seeds mix it.
  • Now add chopped coriander add enough water to make batter keep it aside for 5-10 minutes. Than add baking soda mix it well.
  • Now heat a nonstick tawa /pan apply some oil put some batter and make small pancakes.
  • Now take a one pancake apply tomato ketchup on it now place tomato slice and onion slice on it's. Now take another pancake apply green chutney on it.
  • On tomato pancake Place tomato slices and onion slices and sprinkle chaat masala.
  • Now place the chutney pancake on it. Serve it with ketchup and chutney.

Notes/Tips

Can be added eno fruit salt instead of soda. Spices can be adjusted according to taste. For making sandwich - can be added cucumber, salad leaves. Sandwich masala can be used instead of Chaat masala.
