Carrot beetroot tomato soup

Ingredients

  • 1 carrot chopped ,1/2 beetroot chopped
  • 2 tomato chopped ,1 small piece potato
  • 5 garlic ,1/2 ginger
  • 2 pinch carom seeds, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 4 paper corn
  • 1/2 tsp cornflour mix in water
  • Some coriander leaves and cream for garnish
  • as required Some pieces bread tossed
  • 1 tsp butter

Instructions

  • Take a pan add veggies salt and pepper corn ginger garlic cumin seeds carom seeds cook well then to tender well all veggies.
  • After cool grind fine and strain well and keep for cook add cornflour and butter cook well and flame off.
  • Transfer into serving bowl and garnish coriander leaves and cream.
  • Ready to serve with bread tossed.
  • Enjoy with your family.
