- Heat pan. Add ghee. When ghee gets hot add grated carrot. Cook it till slight colour changes.
- Add milk. Cook till milk completely absorbed in carrot
- Add sugar. Cook for 10 minutes. Sugar completely dissolved in carrot milk mixture.
- Add milk powder. Avoid lumps or remove all milk powder lumps. Cook for 5 minutes. Mixture will become thick
- Grease plate with ghee. Pour hot mixture of carrot. Press gently with hand. Add dry fruits on surface. Press again. Cool down & set for 30 minutes. Then cut it in square or any other shape you like. Your carrot burfi is ready.
