Ingredients

  • Ghee/oil-4tablespoon
  • Carrot(Gajar) -3cups
  • Sugar-1cup
  • Boiled milk-1/2cup
  • Rava/sooji-1/2cup

Instructions

  • 1) In a kadai, pour ghee add rava/sooji and saute for few minutes till color changes and keep aside. 2) In the same kadai, pour ghee add grated carrot and saute for few minutes. 3)Pour milk to the mixture and cook for few minutes.
  • 4) Then add sugar into the carrot mixture and saute till it mix accordingly. 5) Add kept aside heated rava/sooji into it and mix accordingly till it becomes thick mixture. 6)Transfer the mixture into a round or square vessel and keep it aside for few minutes till it cool downs and cut it in the shape accordingly.

Notes/Tips

Garnish with dry fruits like almonds, dry grapes etc.
