- In a heavy bottom pan, add ghee and shredded carrots and saute for few minutes
- Then add warm milk into it and constantly stir this until the milk gets dissolved.
- Once the milk is dissolved, add sugar and stir it continuously.
- Lastly add fresh malai, cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits and mix well and cook for another few minutes until ghee comes across the sides.
- Transfer this halwa to the heart shape mould and unmould in a plate.
- Decorate with almonds and carrot halwa cake is ready to serve.
