Carrot chocolate pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • pieces Some walnuts
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 500 ml milk + 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon custard powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 100 g white chocolate

Instructions

  • In a pan heat ghee. Add walnut pieces and roast it. Transfer into bowl and keep aside.
  • In the same pan add grated carrot and saute for 3-4 minutes. Add 500 ml milk and stir in between. Cook for 5 minutes or until carrot tenders.
  • Add sugar and white chocolate. Mix well. Now mix custard powder into 1/2 cup milk and add into. Stir continuously. Cook until mixture thickens or get desired consistency.
  • Add sauted walnuts and mix it. Cool down at room temperature. Then put in fridge for 2 hours. Enjoy delicious carrot chocolate pudding.
