- In a pan heat ghee. Add walnut pieces and roast it. Transfer into bowl and keep aside.
- In the same pan add grated carrot and saute for 3-4 minutes. Add 500 ml milk and stir in between. Cook for 5 minutes or until carrot tenders.
- Add sugar and white chocolate. Mix well. Now mix custard powder into 1/2 cup milk and add into. Stir continuously. Cook until mixture thickens or get desired consistency.
- Add sauted walnuts and mix it. Cool down at room temperature. Then put in fridge for 2 hours. Enjoy delicious carrot chocolate pudding.
