Ingredients

  • Carrot grated 1/2 cup
  • Dates 2-3 nos
  • Maida 1/2 cup
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ghee 1 tsp

Instructions

  • For filling heat pan add spoon of ghee and salute carrot to cook completely and mix well with dates paste and set aside to cool.
  • For roll in mixing bowl add maida pour some hot oil and pinch of salt mix well and water little by little to form the dough.
  • Roll out the dough to thin sheet cut into two piece. Fold the sheet into triangle pouch and fill with carrot date paste bind it with folds desire shapes and deep fry them in medium flame to crispy golden brown. Serve hot.

Notes/Tips

Dough should rest for 15 min and roll out in oil rather than flour.
