- First take a kadai , add ghee and then add grated carrots, fry it for 7-8 mins
- Add milk and cook it for 15-20 mins. Then add condensed milk. Stir continuously for 5-6 mins.
- Add some elaichi powder (cardamom powder), and add sugar powder, cook it for 5-6 mins.
- Give it Shape in small size as you like, then garnish it with some cashews and serve the mouth-watering sweet dish.
