Ingredients

  • 250 gm Carrot
  • 3 tbs cornflour
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  • First of all Peel the carrot, cut it into small pieces and cook it in 2 cups of water till it becomes soft.
  • After cooling the carrots, grind them finely in a mixer
  • Dissolve cornflour in the remaining water.
  • Mix the grated carrot, cornflour and sugar in a pan, and cook till it becomes thick,
  • Stirring continuously, add quarter teaspoon cardamom powder
  • Grease a tray with a little ghee and spread the mixture, sprinkle some pista cutting..
  • When it sets in 4-5 hours, cut it into desired shape.
