  • Carrot
  • Mustard
  • Cumin
  • Coriander powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Chilli powder
  • Curry leaves
  • Coriander
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Coconut powder

Instructions

  • Place a pan on stove and add 3tbsp of oil and add mustard,cumin, saute well. Then add chopped carrots, And then add cumin powder, corinader powder, coconut powder,garlic,chilli powder and add curry leaves and cook for 5minutes.and then add salt and garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice, chapathi.
