  • Carrot
  • Ghee
  • Cardamom powder
  • Cashew
  • Jaggery

Instructions

  • Take a pan and add ghee, cashew and fry until brown in colour. Take them into a bowl. Then add more ghee and grated carrot, Saute well. Then add crushed jaggery and mix well. Add Cardamom to it. Turn off the flame and while it is hot. Take some portion of it and make laddu's and let it dry for 30 minutes. Then store in a box.
