  • Cashew
  • Carrot
  • Curry leaves
  • Corinader
  • Cooked rice
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Turmeric powder
  • Cumin
  • Mustard
  • Red chilli powder

Instructions

  • Take a pan add oil,cumin, mustard,curry leaves, corinader,cashew and saute for 30 seconds. Then add grated carrot and cook. Once the carrot is cooked add turmeric powder, red chilli powder,salt and mix. Turn off the flame and add cooked rice and mix. Serve with raita.
