Ingredients

  • Milk maid 200 gms
  • Maida 125 gms
  • Baking powder 1tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Mawa 150 gms
  • Kaju meal ( roast cashew and grind ) 1 tbsp. 20 gm
  • Sugar powder 1/4 cup
  • Water 90ml
  • Butter 60 gms

Instructions

  •  IN A BOWL, ADD MILKMAID, MAWA ANDBUTTER AND WHISK IT WITH BEATER.
  •  THEN ADD POWDERED SUGAR AND WHISK IT.
  • MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL  ADD SOME PART OF DRY INGREDIENTS AND THEN ADD SOME MILK or WATER IN PARTS
  • EPEAT THE SAME PROCESS  POUR THE BATTER IN MOULD GARNISH IT WITH CHOPPED KAJU.  BAKE AT 180 DEGREE for 25 mins or UNTILL TOITHOIK TEAT

Notes/Tips

For garnish one can use cashew pistachio or everts milk masala powder for best results also pour Rabadi before serving to taste it’s awesome
