  • Cashew
  • Besan
  • Rice flour
  • Ajwain
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Curry leaves
  • Water

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add besan,rice flour,salt,ajwain,curry leaves and mix well. Then add water and make a batter. Then add cashew and mix well until every cashew is coated. Heat oil in a pan. Then place the prepared cashew and fry. Take into a plate and serve.
