  • Tomato
  • Carrot
  • Pepper
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Red chilli powder
  • Garam masala
  • Turmeric
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Cut the cauliflower into small size florets. Soak the cauliflower florets in salted hot water for 5-10 minutes. After that separate the florets from water, filter it with strainer. keep aside. Soaked-florets take a pan add 3 tablespoons of oil to it. After it gets heat add 2-3 cinnamon pieces and ½ tablespoon of cumin seeds. Add curry leaves along with chopped onions, fry it for 5 minutes on a medium to low flame. It's time to add chopped tomatoes and suite for 2 minutes. Add-tomatoes Now add finely chopped vegetables, carrots, capsicum and fry it for 5 minutes. Then, add ginger garlic paste to it. Add cleaned and chopped cauliflower pieces. Fry it for 2 minutes. Add cleaned cauliflower florets Now add spices like, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt to taste. Finally, add water as requested and cover the pan, suate for 15 minutes until the curry gets thicken and all the veggies are cooked completely. Serve hot.
