- Wash cauliflower and allow it in the warm water with salt and turmeric powder. After 10 minutes drain water completely.
- Cut onion, tomato and garlic into small pieces. Heat Kadai. After tempering add onion and garlic.
- Once onion and garlic are cooked add tomato. Once it is cooked, add the cauliflower.
- Now add red chili powder. Mix well and allow to cook.
- Finally, cauliflower is cooked and spread with coriander leaves. Yummy cauliflower curry is ready to serve.
