Instructions

  • Heat oil in a big pan and add whole garam masala, bay leaf, shahi jeera, onions, saute onions for 1 minute. Add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, reduce the flame and add green chilly, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, add yogurt, chopped mint, chopped coriander, potatoes, dried kasoori methi, lid on and cook for some time. Add water, cauliflower, green peas, and rice (soak the rice for 1 hour) put the lid on and cook for this first 5 minutes put high flame and then put it on a low flame. Add some ghee, fried onions put the lid on, and switch off the flame.
