Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cauliflower boiled, smashed and squeezed
  • 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • Salt according to taste
  • Sugar according to taste
  • Italian seasoning
  • Pizza sauce for topping
  • 60 gm Panner cubes
  • 1 egg
  • 1tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 /2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • At first mix egg, whole wheat flour, cauliflour ,salt , baking soda, baking powder, italian seasoning. Knead it very well to form a soft dough. Sprinkle water if required.
  • Then in a plate coat the paneer cubes with salt, black pepper, red chilli powder and Italian seasoning. Then fry it to golden brown.
  • After that roll out the pizza dough and shape it into pizza shape. Then heat a tawa and brush some oil . Brush some oil on both sides of pizza bread and fry both side of it. Then spread the pizza sauce over the bread , place the panner, cheese over it and the bread with a lid of a few minutes , untill the cheese melts. Then drizzle sone mayonnaise over it and enjoy.

Notes/Tips

Donot cook the bread too much, cook it until the both sides are golden brown. The whole recipe shouldbe done on medium low flame.
