  • Soya chunks
  • Cauliflower
  • Peas
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Ginger garlic
  • Green chillies
  • Cumin
  • Corinader powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Garam masala
  • Corinader

Instructions

  • Wash the soya granules. Bring water to a boil. Add ½ teaspoon of salt and soya granules to the water. Turn off the heat. Let it stay for 10-15 minutes. Now, squeeze the soya granules thoroughly.. Wash cauliflower thoroughly. Keep it in water for 5 minutes. Drain well and chop it very fine. Take oil in a saucepan and heat it. Add cumin seeds to the hot oil. Once the seeds start spluttering, add ginger, garlic and onions. Saute till they turn light brown in color. Add tomatoes and chillies and cook on medium heat till they get cooked well. Add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and mix well. Cook on a medium flame for another 5 minutes while stirring continuously, Add peas, grated cauliflower and soya granules. Mix well and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes on low flame. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander.
