- Take a bowl add 100gm / 1/4 cup oats ,1/2 cup skimmed milk and soak for 2 hours or overnight with 1 tsp of chia seeds .
- Take a mixer / grinder add half banana , overnight soaked oats pinch of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp honey in it . Grind it well .
- Take a smoothie bowl add the mixture into it and add half cut banana into slices and 2 tsp of muesli on the smoothie and slices of strawberry . Garnish it with different fruits and cereals . Serve it with promising healthy diet .
