- For masala Dry roast all the ingredients one by one except salt. Cool at room temperature, then grind it.
- Now add salt to it and mix it well, store in airtight container.
- For chaas For green paste take mixing jar add all the ingredients in it and make a paste for it.
- Mix curd and water for a chaas then add chaas masala to it.
- Masala chaas is ready.
- Now add green paste in the chaas for minty chaas.
