Ingredients

  • For masala: cumin seeds 200 gram
  • Coriander seeds 200 gram
  • Cinnamon stick 5 gram
  • Cloves 15 gram
  • Black pepper 25 gram
  • Salt 200 gram
  • Black salt 100 gram
  • For chaas: curd 1 cup
  • Water 1 glasses
  • Green paste: Fresh coriander 1 cup
  • Mint 1/2 cup
  • Green Chilli 1/2
  • Ginger 1

Instructions

  • For masala  Dry roast all the ingredients one by one except salt. Cool at room temperature, then grind it.
  • Now add salt to it and mix it well, store in airtight container.
  • For chaas  For green paste take mixing jar add all the ingredients in it and make a paste for it.
  • Mix curd and water for a chaas then add chaas masala to it.
  • Masala chaas is ready.
  • Now add green paste in the chaas for minty chaas.

Notes/Tips

Serve the chaas.
