- Take a mixing bowl and add maida,idli batter,baking soda,salt,ajwain,chopped curry leaves and mix well. Then add curd and make a semi liquid consistency. Then add a bit of water and mix well. Keep this aside for 15-20 minutes Then with the help of spoon add the batter in hot oil and fry them until they turn brown in colour and serve hot with coconut chutney.
