A sweet made with jaggery

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup_ kala chana
  • 1/2 cup_ Jaggery
  • 3 tsp_ dry coconut powder
  • 3 tsp_ chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup_ murmura
  • 2 tsp_ roasted _ white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp_ gheee

Instructions

  • Dry roast the black chana. When it will become cool grind it nicely. Then sieve it. Now heat the pan and add ghee. Put the chana powder. Roasted it for a while.
  • After few minutes take out it from the heat Same way roast the dry coconut powder.
  • Now melt the Jaggery with little bit water. When it will become little thick.add all another ingredients. Mix it nicely
  • Then grease a plate with ghee. Pour the mixture. Press it nicely. Let cool down.
  • Now cut it in your choice

Notes/Tips

Garnish it with pistachio and almonds
