- Dry roast the black chana. When it will become cool grind it nicely. Then sieve it. Now heat the pan and add ghee. Put the chana powder. Roasted it for a while.
- After few minutes take out it from the heat Same way roast the dry coconut powder.
- Now melt the Jaggery with little bit water. When it will become little thick.add all another ingredients. Mix it nicely
- Then grease a plate with ghee. Pour the mixture. Press it nicely. Let cool down.
- Now cut it in your choice
