- In a bowl mix all the powder ingredients and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in kadai and add jeera and curry leaves and let them sizzle. Add in ginger garlic paste & chopped onions and sauté them till translucent Now add the mixed powder also sprinkle some water and keep sautéing till the mixture leaves oil.
- Mix in the boiled chana and keep cooking for 2-3 min till the chana is nicely coated with masala , Garnish with the freshly chopped coriander & serve hot !
