Ingredients

  • 250 gms chana dal
  • 200 gms desi ghee
  • 200 gms powder sugar
  • chopped dry fruits
  • 4 tbsp grated coconut
  • 1 tbsp cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Dry roast chana dal untill change color in a kadai. When cool grind coarsly roasted dal.sieve it.
  • In a kadai pour desi ghee add powder of dal.stir continously about 5 to 8 min till smell comes.
  • Now add chopped dry fruits and coconut grated exept raisin.Add cardamom powder.swith off flame.
  • After cool sometime add raisin and powder sugar.Mix well and make shape of ladoo with help of palm.can store in airtight container and can consume within 10 to 15 days.
  • Tempting chanadal coconut ladoo is ready for serve.
