- For paste/chutney Soak the imlie and red chilli in warm water for 15-20 minutes.
- In mixing jar add all the ingredients and make a paste.
- Heat the oil in pan, add above paste and saute till oil is release.
- For dosa Take mixing bowl add all the ingredients one by one and mix it well.
- Now allow to rest for 30 minutes, then add water if required for dosa consistency.
- Now make a dosa from it, apply the paste and oil and cook till it's crispy.
- Serve it hot.
