Ingredients

  • Paste: Kashmiri red chilli 5
  • Onion 2
  • Tamarind 2 tsp
  • Garlic chutney 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Dosa batter: Rava 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1/4 cup
  • Curd 1/2-3/4 cup
  • Salt
  • Water as required

Instructions

  • For paste/chutney Soak the imlie and red chilli in warm water for 15-20 minutes.
  • In mixing jar add all the ingredients and make a paste.
  • Heat the oil in pan, add above paste and saute till oil is release.
  • For dosa Take mixing bowl add all the ingredients one by one and mix it well.
  • Now allow to rest for 30 minutes, then add water if required for dosa consistency.
  • Now make a dosa from it, apply the paste and oil and cook till it's crispy.
  • Serve it hot.

Notes/Tips

You can make from a regular dosa batter.
