  • For tikki: Boiled potatoes 2
  • Boiled Chana Dal 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Hing 1/4 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Garm masala 1/4 tsp
  • Kitchen king masala 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh coriander 2-3 tbsp
  • Oil for shallow fry
  • Other: Curd
  • Green chutney
  • Sweet chutney
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped tomato
  • Promogranate seeds
  • Sev
  • Salt
  • Black salt
  • Sugar powder
  • Roasted cumin powder
  • Garm masala
  • Red chili powder

Instructions

  • Tikki Take mixing bowl add all the ingredients of tikki and mix it well then give a shape of tikki and shallow fry.
  • Assemble  Arrange the tikki pour the sweet and salty curd, onion, tomatoes, pomegranate seeds, sev, chutney and masala on it.
