- Soak white chana for 8 hours in water.
- Add the soaked Chana, Red chillies and Ginger garlic paste to the mixi jar and grind them coarsely.
- Add fennel seeds, chopped onion, salt and coriander leaves to the batter.
- Now, the chana batter is ready.
- Take a rock tawa and spread the batter in desired shape and add a spoon of oil / ghee to it.
- Serve it hot with jaggery/ Coconut chutney.
