Ingredients

  • White chana
  • Red chilly
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Large Onion
  • Coriander leaves
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Fennel seeds

Instructions

  • Soak white chana for 8 hours in water.
  • Add the soaked Chana, Red chillies and Ginger garlic paste to the mixi jar and grind them coarsely.
  • Add fennel seeds, chopped onion, salt and coriander leaves to the batter.
  • Now, the chana batter is ready.
  • Take a rock tawa and spread the batter in desired shape and add a spoon of oil / ghee to it.
  • Serve it hot with jaggery/ Coconut chutney.
