Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup black chickpeas, soaked (overnight)
  • 2-3 tbsp chana dal, soaked
  • 1 tbsp moong dal, 1/2 cup rice, soaked
  • 1.5 cup tamato+ onion+garlic+ginger+greenchilli
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder ,1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds, to taste Salt
  • 1 tbsp oil, leaves Coriender
  • 2 cup water

Instructions

  • Take a pressure cooker heat oil add cumin seeds fry for a second. Add onion tomato paste saute for few minutes.
  • Now add red chili powder, garam masala powder salt mix well.
  • Now add Rinsed dal, chana, rice and water stir well.
  • Now add Rinsed dal, chana, rice and water stir well.
  • Cover and cook for 4-5 whistle. Garnish with coriander leaves add butter.
  • Serve with pickle & curd.
