Ingredients

  • 1 bowl white Chana
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp sliced ginger
  • As taste salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 pinch turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp black masala
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp kasuri methi

Instructions

  • Take a chana washed and soaked in water at overnight then after soaked chana boil and mix black masala.(black masala recipe already posted).
  • Take a onion peeled and cut in thin sliced.
  • Take a wok add oil then oil heat put chopped garlic saute add sliced onion saute in brown colour then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt kasuri methi mix then add boiled chana mix and pressure cook in 2 whistle.
  • After cook enjoy Chana Masala.
