Ingredients

  • 1 cup soaked, boiled chana
  • 2 tbsp onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomato chopped
  • 3 tbsp cucumber chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped red, yellow green bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder

Instructions

  • Making Dressing - Take a bowl add all ingredients of salad dressing and mix it properly, keep aside.
  • Making Salad - Take a mixing bowl add boiled chana, chopped onion, cucumber, all bell pepper, tomato, coriander leaves and prepared dressing and mix it well. Chana Salad is ready. Keep in fridge for 30 minutes, chilled serve.
