- First soak Chana Dal for 30min to an hour. Light up stove and put pressure cooker on it. Add oil to it after it get hot add musturd seeds, Jeera,Curry Leaves. Add chopped onion,sliced green chillies and after it is cooked now add Ginger Garlic paste and cook for few min and then add diced tomatoes and salt and cook for 5min now add garam masala,chilli powder and chana dal and 2 cups waterand pust the lid on with whistle. switch off the stove after whistles. wait till the whistle comes and switch on the stove and let the water evaperate if there is any water.Garnish with corriander.
