- Grind the soaked Chana dal along with ginger coconut green chillies roughly without water add chopped coriander leaves hing salt mix well make small balls and steam them for 10-15 minutes.
- Beated curd jeera coconut and two steam ball into blender make it fine thin paste.
- Heat the pan add blended mixture along with steamed ball cook for 5-10 minutes check for salt requirements. Finally do the seasoning. Garnish with more coriander leaves. Serve with hot rice.
