  • Peas
  • Paneer
  • Curry leaves
  • Cinnamon
  • Cloves
  • Cardamom
  • Green chillies
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Oil

Instructions

  • Heat fat. add sultanas and remove. add painr cubes and fry to a golden brown. add curry leaves, cloves cinnamon and cardamom. add rice and fry for 5 minuties add shelled peas, slit green chillies, salt sugar and hot water to cook rice. 6.when water is almost absorbed, put in panir pieces and sultanas cook on slow fire till water is completely absorbed and rice is cooked
